He had been battling a serious illness for a long time, but only in recent days has his medical condition deteriorated severely and he was rushed to the hospital. His friends from the film, acting and ultra-Orthodox music industries came to his room to visit and encourage him, but unfortunately he passed away tonight.
He left behind his son Avi, an only son, 21 years old.
Haredi filmmaker Yehuda Grubeis paid tribute to him on the program 'Ba Badev' on 'Kan Moreshet': "He always had that smile, he would always tell the joke where the guys rolled with laughter. There are many memories that I will keep with me for many years.".
The funeral procession will leave his home at 70 Rabbi Yochanan Ben Zakkai Street in Elad at 3:00 PM, to the Elad Cemetery, where he will be buried.
