During the tour, they encountered a resident who attacked them in a fit of rage, shouting racist slurs at them.

At the time, immediately upon receiving the documentation, the 'In Your Photo' organization contacted the Israel Police and the Attorney General with a request to immediately open an investigation and bring the man to justice.

Upon receiving the video that was distributed on social media, the police opened an investigation and detained the resident for questioning.

Today, almost a year after it was closed, the police informed Shai Glick, CEO of Tselmo, that the investigation file has been closed.

Following this, the Unit for Combating Racism at the Ministry of Justice announced that it was also closing the investigation file.

In the video - which caused great shock, a resident of the moshav is seen shouting and cursing at the realtors who brought the clients to see the property - and also at the clients, whose clothing revealed that they were Haredi.

When the resident was asked why he was angry, he replied: "You too, get out of here, because we don't want Haredim here. Why are you trying to lie to me that you came here to take a walk? Look, you have one minute to get out and we can be friends.".

One of the tour participants tried to ask again: “But why are you angry?”

The resident replied: “I’m very angry. I don’t want to see them here. Take these scumbags home with you, you ***.”.

When the Haredi tried to calm Noam down, the resident snapped: “Don’t talk! You scum.”.

He added: “Did they have weapons? Did they protect us from the Arabs? They’re just trash! Just give them money! Get out of here. You scum!”

The man also attacked the real estate agent: ”Come on, get out of here!“ while adding curses.

Shai Glick, CEO of Belmo, tells Haredim 10: "The decision allows the blood of the Haredim to be shed. Closing the case is delusional and outrageous since the incident is documented and the people of Israel were shocked by the harsh racist statements directed at those people simply because they were Haredim. Closing the case is a reward for racism. We demand that the racism law be immediately amended to include the Haredim as well.".
