Lick your fingers this holiday: Fresh tilapia fillet in citrus marinade

Ingredients:

6 fresh tilapia fillets, skinless and boneless (you can ask the fishmonger to fillet them for you)

For the marinade:

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Grated zest of a whole lemon
1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground chili
3 crushed garlic cloves
5-6 tablespoons chopped parsley

How to prepare:

Bring the marinade ingredients to a boil in a pan.

Check flavors and adjust seasoning to taste.

Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Pour the marinade over the fillets.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

remark: Every product in the recipe must be checked to ensure it is kosher for Passover.
