
1 whole fresh Israeli mullet
3 tablespoons olive oil
A teaspoon of coarse salt
A teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 lemon, sliced
A bunch of thyme sprigs
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Spread on a sheet of foil, with baking paper on top.
Place the fish on the baking paper and cut 2-3 stripes on both sides.
Spread the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange lemon slices and a few thyme sprigs in the fish's abdominal cavity, and place the remaining thyme sprigs on the fish.
Wrap the fish in the baking paper with the foil on top and seal tightly.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Open the packaging very carefully - and serve.
