Stand-up comedian Nadav Abekasis, who was absent from Twitter for about a year, returned to tweeting today (Tuesday) - while sharply criticizing the conduct of the coalition negotiations.
""And won't a Knesset member or two, or maybe more, from the Likud, stand up and tell Netanyahu, 'That's it,'" Abekasis asked. "One who will remind Netanyahu what the Likud party is, what values it stands for and for which it stood up, and not lend a hand to looting.".
According to him, "What is happening right now is a disgrace. Even after the 'Don't worry, there will be electricity on Shabbat' (thank you, but I'm already sorted with batteries).".
He added: "If Bennett and Lapid had promised ten percent of what Netanyahu is doing here, God forbid, what a world commotion would have arisen here. Ministries are falling apart, education is divided into 4, like a torn chicken after slaughter. Ministries are being sewn together just to take care of more jobs and all because 'they did it too!'""
He noted: "I try not to watch almost any news, not to believe any spin, but the last month has been a disgrace to the Likud, the right wing and the state. Oh yes, I didn't vote for the Likud.".
