""Everyone who comes here," said Sivan Rahav-Meir to the thousands of women who gathered at the Nation Buildings for the second annual Vnima conference, "proves once again that the point of Vnima is not just flipping through the pages with their hands, it is also proof with their feet how important this message of Vnima is, how relevant it is to women in our generation, and perhaps specifically in our generation, who want a different Jewish-feminine culture, and there is a very large audience for this culture.".

Sivan Rahav-Meir added that, "If I weren't hosting this evening, I would definitely buy a ticket.".

Yishai Ribo performed and enchanted the audience with selihot poems and melodies, in addition to his famous hits "Tocho Retsuf Ahava," "Kol Dodi," and his moving rendition of the song "Neshvetai," which he prefaced by saying that he sang it at the memorial event for the murdered Merkaz HaRav Yeshiva residents.

What drew me to the packed evening was the amazing performance by singer Din Din Aviv, who since her conversion calls herself Dina Abigail. Din Din shared with the women her journey back to her Jewish roots and took her hits like "If You Go," which she originally sang with Idan Raichel, and connected it to her conversation with the king in the field.

Excitement and devotion gripped the audience of women as Dina Abigail, in her huge voice, sang, "When the Messiah the King comes... the meek, the time of your redemption has come..." And at that moment we all knew that we women have the power to bring him.

Towards the end of the show, Din Din sang another well-known hit - "Together." When she noticed Rebbetzin Yemima on the side of the stage preparing to go on stage for her talk in the evening, Din Din pulled her onto the stage and they danced for long minutes with the entire audience in ecstasy.

Immediately after Din Din, the publisher of "Pnima", Avichai Boaron, took the stage. He said that when he was reviewing Eliada Bar Shaul's book, he encountered a number of women who functioned as leaders, "not by virtue of a definition or official role," as he put it. "They did not have a title of leader - they did not wait for anyone to ask them to lead. They led by virtue of their relentless effort to do good to their brothers wherever they were. With immigrants, in protecting the people of the Yishuv, with the Jews in their exile and poverty, in supporting Torah students, and more. In their lives, they commanded us to give. In their leadership and fortitude, they commanded us to take responsibility," Boaron noted.

The evening was concluded by Rebbetzin Yemima Mizrahi, who simultaneously captivated, moved, and amused the women who gathered together. The Rebbetzin addressed the importance of the last Shabbats of the year and provided practical preparation for women for the approaching Days of Judgment.

""It was an amazing and moving conference," said Efrat, a mother of four who came from Haifa, at the end of the conference. "After the difficult summer we went through with the end of the long vacation - I feel that this evening was a real treat for the soul and body. The moving performance of the talented singer Yishai Ribo, Din Din Aviv who made the women jump and managed to connect the hearts with immense joy, Eliada Bar Shaul with his fascinating stories and Rebbetzin Yemima who made us laugh and at the same time introduced us to the spiritual work of the days of Elul. It was simply perfect in every way. Thank you for an invested and unforgettable evening.".
