What was going through his mind? A bus was filmed running a red light in the opposite direction - and was stopped

A bus driver was located and arrested by the police after he was recorded committing serious traffic violations in Gush Etzion, including crossing an intersection on a red light and overtaking in a continuous lane against traffic.
