""I don't want to go into details - but we had many opportunities, let's put it this way, more than one opportunity - to eliminate Nasrallah, Israel chose not to eliminate him," said the res. Maj. Gen.

He said, "Nasrallah is not in a bunker all the time, there are opportunities and they can be implemented if we want.".

He added: "I suggest that Israel say the following: If Nasrallah attacks the Karish rig, Nasrallah will become a target. I think this will deter him to some extent. I don't want to go into details.".

Marom noted that he is in favor of signing the agreement on the economic-maritime border: "I am in favor of giving Lebanon temporarily even a portion of the Karish gas because we are not at war with the people in Lebanon and they are in an energy collapse.".
