MK Merav Ben Ari from the Yesh Atid party was a guest on the Hadashot 13 studio today (Thursday) - and left it disgruntled.
In a tweet she posted on her Twitter account, Ben Ari, the chairman of the Knesset's Public Security Committee, attacked the channel's editors' choice to host a panel full of men - and give the only woman who participated in it only 5 minutes of airtime.
She tweeted: "I left the 'Reshet' studio. They said I would sit for about an hour and comment, after all, I am a senior MK and quite close to the Prime Minister and his team," she flattered herself.
""I arranged my schedule and went into the studio, which was, as usual, filled with men. I spoke for about 5 minutes," she continued to flatter herself, "and they asked me to change. Look, I really don't lack communication, but it irked me: There's one woman sitting in the studio, what's the urgency to change her? And another MK.".
One of the surfers responded to her: "You came as a Knesset member from the left. You represent the Lapid camp in the debate. You did not come to represent the women. It is legitimate that after a certain period of time they will replace you with someone who perhaps represents the other camp. Enough whining already.".
