Ultra-Orthodox member Shmuel Chaim Pappenheim was accepted to study at the Mandel Institute - a special institute for educational leadership studies in Israel.

""This is a project that only a few people are accepted into, after passing a series of tests," Pappenheim tells Haredim10. "The studies themselves take place three days a week, and the students are paid a very high salary so that they can sit and study.

""During the program, students are required to establish educational initiatives for the younger generation. My plan is to open an institute for the study of the cultural and legal discourse of the State of Israel, without political or religious ties to people from the Haredi sector.".
