Ham: So why don't you make a fruit smoothie?

It's hot outside and it's time to make a fruit smoothie: healthy, easy to make, delicious and satisfying • All you need: banana, mango, orange juice and ice cubes

Ingredients:

banana

mango

orange juice

A handful of ice cubes

(or any other fruit combination you like)

preparation:

• Slice the banana and mango and place into the BAMIX container.

• Add orange juice and a handful of ice cubes.

• Attach the multi-purpose disc to the blender shaft, insert it into the work jar and begin crushing the ingredients with the ice in up and down movements, in order to crush the ice effectively.

• Pour into glasses and serve.
