Healthy and delicious: A Greek salad that will upgrade your Shavuot meal

Ingredients (for 10 people):

2 packages of regular/purple lettuce

4 cucumbers

4 tomatoes

A handful of pitted Kalamata olives, halved

10 ml fresh lemon juice

Olive oil 7 ml

Bulgarian cheese 150 grams

Za'atar mixture

pepper

How to prepare:

• Take a round bowl

• Cutters

• Chop the lettuce into coarse pieces.

• Chop the cucumber into large cubes.

• Chop the tomato into large pieces.

• Add the olives, add the lemon and olive oil, salt, and pepper.

• Transfer to a clean serving bowl, mix, grate over Bulgarian, sprinkle over hyssop and rosemary and serve.
