In his letter, the president of the council warns of the severe prohibition and writes:

"As we have already warned about the prohibition and the terrible danger of educating the children of Israel in frameworks that are not according to the pure Torah view, such as the Mamachim and others, and every father and mother has a sacred duty to send their children exclusively to Torah educational institutions, which educate in the way handed down to us from generation to generation in the spirit of Israel the Grandfather, and whoever does not do so sins and harms the souls of his children and will have to give judgment before the Holy One, the Blessed One, and will not be cleansed from sin.".
In his letter, Chacham Shalom adds and clarifies the severity of the prohibition for all ages, starting with kindergartens - and writes: "And I hereby announce at the gate of many to warn the elders about the little ones that this prohibition includes kindergartens for the early years, which is the beginning of their education, and whoever violates this prohibition anywhere and everywhere sins and leads the multitude astray and is considered a rebel against God, the Almighty, and is like a trespasser whose punishment is greater than can be borne.".
The president of the council concludes his letter with a blessing from a priest: "And I offer my blessing and prayer for all the brothers and sisters who send their children to Torah educational institutions with a pure and unadulterated view in honor of the Most High, that they may see a blessing in their labors, in all their descendants, in health and joy, all the days of righteous generations, blessed until the coming of the Supreme Lord.".
