After receiving a flood of phone calls asking about his well-being, MK Shaul Mofaz realized that a rumor had spread in the Arab world about an assassination attempt on his life. • "I regret disappointing the Arab world - I am in the Jewish state, safe and sound.""

Here's another way for a politician to remind people that he exists: MK Shaul Mofaz, chairman of the Kadima party, announced this afternoon (Thursday) on his Facebook page that after receiving a flood of phone calls asking about his well-being, he realized that a rumor had spread in the Arab world about an assassination attempt on his life.

And so the MK wrote on his Facebook page that all polls predict the disappearance of his party in the next elections:
""A flood of phone calls, everyone asking how I'm doing... I wondered why. It turns out that a rumor is circulating on Arabic-language social networks about my assassination in Brussels.".
""I'm sorry to disappoint the Arab world - I'm in the Jewish state, safe and sound. Good day to everyone!""

Mofaz attached a screenshot of a message in Arabic from one of the social networks to the message:
