Perfect for Shabbat: A quick and delicious recipe for fish in a spicy yellow Moroccan sauce

Ingredients: 

5 white fish fillets

2 tablespoons oil

10 halved garlic cloves

1 red pepper, cut into thin strips

1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips

A handful of finely chopped parsley

A little crushed sweet paprika

A little crushed chili

3 slices of lemon

A teaspoonful of turmeric

A little cumin

salt

How to prepare:

• Fry the shallots for 10 seconds

• Add the peppers and fry together for a few minutes.

• Add the fish, lemon and spices

• Add water to cover and cook until the sauce thickens.
