Ingredients:

2 bay leaves

2 cans of tuna in oil, drained

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon mustard

A little hot paprika

A little garlic powder

Salt to taste

For coating:

One beaten egg

A little sesame seeds.

How to prepare: 

• Mix the filling ingredients

• Cut the melawahs into eight pieces (like a pizza)

• Place the filling in each triangle and roll like a rugelach.

• Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds

• Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
