The one who came out strongly against his words was media figure Aryeh Erlich, editor of 'Mishpacha' magazine, who tweeted: "A 33-year-old Abrachatzik who walks with a ridiculous silver cane, is foul-mouthing the Torah scholar Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky and calling his house 'the murderous government office on the famous Rashbam Street' - all because of the rabbi's support for life-saving vaccines.".

The "Rebbe" later retracted the harsh words he had spoken: "It has come to my attention that unfortunately things I said were taken out of context.
