Fatal accident: A boy and a girl were killed, their parents are in serious condition

A 3-year-old boy from an ultra-Orthodox family and his 9-year-old sister were killed before the start of Shabbat in a collision between an Israeli and a Palestinian vehicle on Highway 465, near the Ofarim Junction in Binyamin. Two young Palestinians were also killed in the accident. The boy's father and mother, who is pregnant, were evacuated in serious condition to Beilinson and Tel Hashomer hospitals. We rescued four injured people from the second vehicle with the assistance of the fire brigade. The boy had no signs of life and after medical examinations on the scene, he was pronounced dead. A girl of about 9 years old who was unconscious suffered a fatal injury. She was without a pulse and not breathing, and after prolonged resuscitation efforts, she was evacuated to a hospital in Linson in critical condition.
