Media personality Yinon Magal revealed this morning (Sunday), on his joint show with Ben Caspit on 103FM, new details about the wedding of media personality Shimon Riklin to Alona Bar On, publisher of Globes, last Thursday.
""I sat next to the king for a few hours, I was lucky. Since Herzl, there hasn't been anyone called king, so you have to be careful about this. It was interesting," said Magal, referring to former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who attended the event with his wife Sara.
""I asked him a specific question about a specific topic. I interviewed him. I asked him if he was okay with this decision, and he told me: 'No, it's a terrible decision.' I asked why he made it, and he told me: 'Read the book.' He said the book would be out in a few months.".
Magal also said that he also spoke with Sara Netanyahu. "Obviously I spoke with her. There were some things I agreed with her, some things I disagreed with her. Okay. He told me that he was really enjoying himself and that everything was great, that he could finally come to the events," he said.
Caspit later added: "This is the most interesting wedding in the world, no less interesting is the wedding of Shuli Rand and Tzofit Grant. I know a sea of couples like that, it's very beautiful. Naftali Bennett married a secular woman, and he is religious, I don't know what her situation is right now.".
In response, Magal said: "Netanyahu also linked it to Shuli Rand's wedding, and he said it was interesting that there have been recent mergers between sectors.".
