Ingredients:
8 servings salmon fillet 3 teaspoons oil 3 teaspoons cilantro A pinch of salt and a little black pepper • Mix and spread a thin layer on the fish Half a cup of crushed pistachios A little chopped parsley A little coarse salt A little coarse chili • Sprinkle over the cilantro mixture • Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees
