
Ingredients:
1 onion
15 g olive oil
400 g carrots
600 g pumpkin
1 fresh turmeric root
5 g turmeric powder
Juice from 2 oranges
salt
pepper
water
How to prepare:
• Peel and chop the pumpkin, carrots, onion and turmeric root.
• Lightly fry the onion in a pan, add the chopped vegetables
• Add water until fully covered and boil for 10 minutes.
• Add orange juice
• Grind the soup
• Season and serve
