The Supreme Court announced today (Sunday) that the petitions regarding the election of the State Comptroller will be scheduled for hearing before a panel of judges as soon as possible, and no later than June 23.
It was further determined that the respondents will submit a preliminary response to the petitions and requests for an interim order up to 48 hours before the scheduled hearing date.
