
Ingredients:
Half a package of parfait pasta
200 g roasted chicken
100 g edamame
2 avocados
200 g pesto
pepper
Parsley
salt
How to prepare:
• Prepare the pasta to al dente level, drain and rinse with cold water.
• Boil the edamame for 2-3 minutes, rinse with cold water and remove the beans.
• Mix the pesto and avocado in a bowl, mash lightly and season.
• Mix together the pasta and parsley.
• Sprinkle the edamame beans and roasted chicken on top.
