The ZAKA 360 hotline received a report of an 80-year-old man who was found lifeless in his home on David Kochavi Street in Rehovot.
Avihai Benisti, a ZAKA 360 volunteer who responded to the scene: "We were informed that after no contact was made with the deceased for some time, his family members came to his home in an attempt to locate him.
""Since the door to the house was locked, fire and rescue teams were called and broke down the door, and inside the house he was found lifeless. Together with the organization's ambulance team, we worked at the scene to provide respectful care for the deceased.""
With the assistance of ZAKA 360 volunteers from the Rehovot team, and after completing all the necessary procedures, the deceased was released for burial directly from his home.
