12 days until the expiration of Yair Lapid's mandate: The Yesh Atid party is expected to submit for a vote this week in the 'Regulating Committee' the bill to establish a state investigation committee into the Meron disaster, and 'exempt from the obligation to preside' over additional bills - including: limiting the term of office of a prime minister, and preventing the imposition of the mandate on someone against whom an indictment has been filed. What are your chances of winning a duplex? And why is your dream closer than ever? Sweet, savory, for a picnic or to make with kids? A special variety of recipes ''Exemption from the obligation to pre-empt' frees the proposal from having to wait a month and a half, so that it will be possible to begin enacting the laws immediately. Yesh Atid members are expected to achieve a majority if Ra'am chairman Mansur Abbas joins them in the vote. Although Abbas has not yet given a final answer, the party expects that he will join the 'Boycott Bloc', at least in the phase of being removed from the obligation to pre-empt. Channel 12 reported that despite the expected move, it is not at all certain that Yesh Atid will be able to enact the laws by the end of the mandate, as it is set to expire in just 12 days, and the regulating committee will be transferred to other hands by then. In the meantime, Yesh Atid is continuing with additional moves and is giving MK Yifat Shasha Biton from Tikva Hadasha the position of chairwoman of the Corona Committee. Yesh Atid also has the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. Chairwoman of the organizing committee, MK Karin Elharar: "We have never wavered in our willingness and desire to fight corruption. Now that the fighting is over, the time has come to deal with it. The laws we will bring to the committee for approval on Monday are a clear moral statement - the citizens of the State of Israel deserve clean and ethical leadership that deals with the public good and not with preserving power. Those who are committed to change understand that there is no other way.".
