The Corona Cabinet ministers decided this evening (Monday) to announce additional restrictions, in an attempt to prevent the surge in the Corona disease that has been felt in recent days. What is a “shared car price list”? How will the prices be displayed in the price list? All the details Chat or phone: Why don't 'Maccabi' members have to run to the emergency room for everything?  The cabinet decided to order a nighttime lockdown from Wednesday until the end of December. This means: According to the outline that has been formulated, trade will be banned and traffic restrictions will be imposed during the curfew hours. The curfew will begin at a relatively early evening time to be determined tomorrow, and then all commercial businesses will close. However, hotels on the 'Green Islands' in Eilat and the Dead Sea will be able to continue operating as usual. The nighttime curfew will likely last from 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM until 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM. There will be a distance limit, but it has not yet been decided how far people will be allowed to go. Tomorrow, the ministers will decide on the exact time. In addition, it was confirmed that after a successful pilot, shopping malls and markets will open throughout the country, except in the red cities. Museums will be able to operate on a limited basis according to an agreement between the Ministry of Health and Culture. Those returning from abroad will undergo coronavirus tests as a condition for continued home quarantine, and those who refuse will be sent to quarantine in a hotel. This is the first stage proposed by the head of the National Security Council, Meir Ben-Shabbat, as part of a plan to prevent infection. According to the proposal, if the incidence does not decrease by December 20 and the number of new daily infections reaches 3,500 or more, the second stage will begin, which will include the closure of all commerce and all workplaces where the public is received. If by January 2 there is no decrease in morbidity and the number of daily infections reaches at least 4,500, a full lockdown will be imposed on the entire population. Corona projector, Professor Nachman Ash, opposes the idea of a nightly curfew and claims that this is a step that will have little effect. "Every step we take begins to have an effect only two weeks after it is taken. If we start with these steps now - in any case, we will reach 3,000 patients, 450 of whom are in serious condition.". The proposal approved by the Cabinet: 1. Activation of the National Security Council's three-stage plan based on up-to-date indicators that will be submitted to the Cabinet for approval tomorrow 2. Nighttime lockdown from Wednesday, December 9 3. Activation of the Army Wings plan to conduct tests on returnees from abroad/red countries as a condition for home isolation (those who are not tested - to a hotel) 4. Malls and markets will open in accordance with the rules of the pilot except in red zones 5. Limited activity of museums and culture 6. Continued operation of "green islands" 7. The education system will continue to operate in green and yellow zones unless a lockdown is imposed 8. Steps to increase enforcement and increase fines 9. Spacing of occupancy on public transportation 10. The restrictions will not affect the right to demonstrate
