In honor of the 19th of Kislev: Rabbi Dovber Belshnikov and the Hasidic singer Rabbi Aharon Fruchtman teamed up to perform one of the ten melodies of the old Rebbe - the author of the Tanya - "Ka'e'yal Ta'rog" (Melodies 2 in the Book of Melodies), in a musical production by Adi Netanelli's "Synthetic Music".
Just so you know: If you miss this crazy opportunity, you'll be a sucker.
Chat or phone: Why don't 'Maccabi' members have to run to the emergency room for everything?
The melody "Khayel Ta'arug" was heard by the extremely elderly Hasidic Rabbi Shmuel Gronam Esterman, who was in the group of musicians with the elderly Rebbe.
This melody was played by the old Rebbe on frequent occasions, with great devotion.
The old man was blind in his youth and his father brought him to the old Rebbe to be cured. The old Rebbe opened the Book of Zohar and ordered the boy to read from it. At first the boy saw only blurred letters, then the old Rebbe scolded him: "Read out loud!" and his eyes opened and he began to read like a human.
The father left his child in the library with the old Rebbe, and since the child had a talent for singing and chanting, the child was placed in the old Rebbe's group of musicians.
You are invited to listen to the sacred melody and connect.
