A winning sweet recipe for the perfect cake: Light Lemon Cake

Components:

2 lemons, peeled and cut into quarters
4 eggs
A glass of oil
A glass of milk
A cup and a half of sugar
2 cups flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
Round cookie baking paper

In a blender, blend the lemons, eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and vanilla sugar until the liquid is completely pureed.

Strain the liquid through a sieve, discard the excess lemon. In a bowl, add the flour and baking powder, mix by hand. In a round pan, place a round cookie sheet, sprinkle a little flour, shake off excess, pour the cake in, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, turbo, for about 40 minutes or until the cake is browned.
