After Tisha B'Av: Meatballs with mushroom sauce and sweet potato

Ingredients:

1 package of "Good Chicken" meatballs"

2 tablespoons oil

1 sweet potato, peeled and diced

2 baskets of forest mushrooms or

Champignon slices

3 crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper

2 cups fresh chicken broth

How to prepare:

• Heat the meatballs in the microwave for 2 minutes.

• Heat a large frying pan well. Add the oil and

• Dice the sweet potato and fry well over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

• Add the mushrooms and garlic and fry for about 5 more minutes.

• Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add the meatballs, cook for another 3 minutes and serve.

• Recommended to be served with couscous.
