Because we don't know who is actually responsible for what." According to him, "The Ministry of Health is giving recommendations. There is a global pandemic and they are giving recommendations, like restaurant inspectors. There are not enough tests. We need to reach 15,000 tests a day. There is not enough data on the disease. There is no compensation plan for small businesses. There is no return-to-work plan. Unemployment rates in Israel are among the highest in the world." Lapid to laugh: "A few weeks ago, the Prime Minister said that 'the whole world is learning from us how to handle Corona.' Everyone was very impressed, except the whole world. Because the world understands that there is a difference between talking and managing a crisis.
