Young Haredi people are not a common occurrence on 23 HaBarzel Street.

In the building where the Reshet studios are located, graduates of the first class of the "Hamadura" - the first Haredi college of communication - were seen this week, arriving to film the program "Black, Blue, White", which dealt with Haredi-secular relations, and was filmed especially for the course's final project.

The students, from the Bnei Brak and Jerusalem groups, arrived excitedly at the studios, where they were welcomed by senior officials from the Reshet school and the studio's professional staff. After a brief explanation and a "dry" rehearsal, the students began intensive filming in a professional manner, as if this was not their first time in front of the cameras.

The final project was produced jointly by the group's students, with each student contributing their talent in writing a part of the program. After brainstorming about the nature of the program, it was decided that it would deal with Haredi-secular relations and the conflicts that make up Israeli society.

The hosts were Benyahu Yom Tov, who demonstrated excellent communication skills, and Avi Nizri, manager of the Facebook page 'Yeshivabsherim Tweeting.' Benyahu moderated the panels and personal interviews on the topic of integrating Haredim into Israeli society, while Nizri was responsible for the satirical part of the program.

In the satirical segment - 'The Difference Between Sushi and Tzoult' - hosted by Nizri, the 'Haredi-Haredi' dictionary was presented for the first time in television history, along with 50 words that only Haredi would understand.

Dan Bar Lev, a professional Haredi illustrator who is also one of the students of the "edition", spoke during the program about the power of cartoons in changing public opinion, and about the mission he feels in his work.

The program featured several cartoons that tell the story of what is common and what separates secular and ultra-Orthodox, and the ignorance that sometimes exists between the two sectors.

""It was an extraordinary experience," says Benyahu Yom Tov. "For a whole year, we learned all the secrets of the world of media and public relations, including journalism, radio and television, we received lessons from the best lecturers and were closely accompanied by senior strategist Avraham Kreuzer. We waited all year for this moment, and on the day of filming we felt that everyone was giving their all and contributing their talent to the success of the program.".

""I'm sure this special group will go far. We have strong minds in the group who are going to storm the media world and succeed in a big way.".

The management of 'Hamadhora' stated: "We were delighted to discover the talent that the students demonstrated during the filming. It was evident that they were applying what they learned during the course in the best possible way. We are now busy integrating them professionally into the world of communications and registering for next year.".
