A winning festive recipe that you can make with the kids: Cheese and Tomato Balls

Components:

100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese or ricotta 5% fat
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon white cheese
Grated zest from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil leaves
2 scoops Herbalife Gourmet Tomato Soup
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons whole sesame seeds, toasted in a dry pan until golden brown
2 tablespoons toasted and ground walnuts

Preparation method:

1. Place the cheeses, lemon zest, basil leaves, and Herbalife Gourmet Tomato Soup Powder in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
2. Divide the mixture into balls the size of ping-pong balls.
3. Place the sesame seeds, ground nuts and paprika in a flat bowl. Roll the cheese balls in the mixture to coat.
4. Place in a pan, cover with cling film and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
