How to prepare the dough:
Mix the butter and powdered sugar with a dough hook, add the ground almonds and eggs gradually, then add the poppy seeds.
Finally add salt, baking powder and flours.
Refrigerate the dough.
Roll out and cut to desired size.
For the poppy seed filling:
1 liter of water
1 kg of sugar
300 g honey
400 g butter
1 kg poppy seeds

How to prepare the filling:
Boil all the ingredients together in a pot and cook to open the poppy seeds.
For the dough:
300 g flour
200 g cold butter
65 g water
4 g salt
10 g sugar
100 g frozen spinach
How to prepare the dough:
Mix the flour and butter with a dough hook until it forms large crumbs.
Add water, sugar, salt and continue kneading until you get a uniform texture.
Finish kneading the dough by hand.
Refrigerate overnight in the refrigerator.
Roll out to the desired thickness and return to the refrigerator for another hour.

For the zucchini filling:
25 g roasted zucchini
40 g garlic cream
5 g crumbled feta cheese
10 g mint
Lemon zest
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
How to prepare the filling:
After roasting the zucchini, leave it in the refrigerator until it reaches room temperature.
