Hamas's messages in garbled Hebrew have long since become a joke • But it was very irritating to an Israeli blogger, and she took the trouble to correct it • What did the spokespersons for the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades answer her?

The SMS and videos sent by Hamas terrorists have long since become a fertile ground for jokes and pranks, at the expense of the Hamas members' not-so-fluent Hebrew.

But, it turns out that someone was really bothered by Hamas' mistakes, and took the trouble to correct them. And you'll be surprised: Hamas knows how to say thank you...

Hamas' military wing, known as the 'Izz ad-Din Al-Qassam Brigades,' tweeted on its Twitter account, which is operated in full Hebrew: "The Al-Qassam Brigades sent an SMS to half a million Israelis and here is the text: The stupidity of your government that entered the campaign with us without defined goals. It caused a situation in which all of Israel is at stake.".

Blogger Elizabeth Tsurkov was irked by the errors, and she tweeted in response: "Brigades is male, it should have been written 'Al-Qassam Brigades sent an SMS.' Also, the word text should be made clear." And here is the text:"

The Hamas members were not confused, and tried to explain: "Hello.. and thank you for the comment.. we wrote Al-Qassam Brigades sent.. The word sent refers to (the) _military wing of Hamas_ and not to _the_ brigades. Thanks again.".
