Mossad head on Iranian nuclear program: "I don't recommend running and getting a foreign passport""

Mossad chief Tamir Pardo believes that the conflict with the Palestinians, not the Iranian nuclear program, is currently the main threat to Israel's national security. According to a report in Haaretz, Pardo made the remarks at a gathering held last Thursday in Ramat Hasharon, attended by about 30 senior businessmen. During the question phase of the meeting, which lasted about an hour and a half, the Mossad head also addressed security policy issues. Several of the participants in the meeting asked him to list the main threats facing Israel. Pardo replied that the main threat to Israel is the conflict with the Palestinians.
