Good news for fans of Hasidic music in Israel and around the world: Composer and performer Eitan Freilich releases a second, well-researched and promising album. The album - "Ivo Shalom" - includes a variety of unique styles and melodies. After several years, during which he performed all over the world in concerts and celebrations, Eitan Freilich continues to record and compose hits based on meaningful texts and themes. "My father always encouraged us to travel. He explained that it was the best learning method through which you can achieve a lot," says Eitan, "but only now, I get to travel around the world to sing and perform and I learn to appreciate his words. When I meet people and communities around the world, young and old, traditional and modern, I see how music bridges the gaps between us and unites our souls as one Jewish nation. I understand the power of singing." Eitan adds: "The new album 'Ivo Shalom' is a call for unity, and a yearning for peace. If we join together to sing a new song to God, peace will come. If we worship God with joy, peace will come. If music encourages us to seek unity, then peace will come. My ambition is to make music a tool that will march us towards the peace that will come." The new album is nothing less than a groundbreaking masterpiece by Eitan Freilich, featuring Itzi Waldner, Ari Goldwag and Eli Schwab, and arrangements by Ian Preitor, Eli Klein and Yitzhak Berry. The album is distributed by "Nigun" and will be available for purchase worldwide via digital download. For your enjoyment, the hit "Shiro Le'H" is included - from the album.
