Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, Rabbi of the Western Wall and the Holy Places, arrived with his father, Rabbi Yehuda Rabinowitz, a judge at the Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem, to be blessed by the Grand Rabbi Shteinman ahead of his granddaughter's wedding.
