An easy dessert recipe: How to make an apple galette with white chocolate

Ingredients for the dough:

50 g powdered sugar (2.5 tablespoons)

100 g butter

1 whole egg

1 egg yolk

200 g white flour (1 cup)

Mode Preparation:

• In a mixer with a dough hook, process the powdered sugar and butter until a thick texture is obtained.

• Add the egg and yolk and process until you obtain a uniform and creamy texture.

• Add the flour and process just until a dough forms.

• Remove from the mixer and flatten.

• Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Groceries To Galt:

4 apples of your favorite variety (Red Delicious, Pink Lady, Granny Smith)

Tart dough

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 Carmit white chocolate Ego bar

1 egg for brushing

assembly:

• Cut the apples into halves, core them, and form each half into a fan.

• Roll out the galette dough into a circle that is as symmetrical as possible.

•Cut the 'Ego' white chocolate bar in half, roughly chop the first half and sprinkle pieces of white chocolate between the apples. Coarsely chop the second half and set aside for now.

• Fold the edges of the dough we left overlapping, so that we get neat galette edges.

• Brush the visible dough with egg. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the apple fans in an aesthetic way.

• Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

• After 20 minutes, remove the galette and sprinkle with the remaining chopped "Ego" white chocolate, return to the oven until the dough is browned and the almond cream is very golden.

• The apples will caramelize during baking, as will the white chocolate.
