
Ingredients:
4 sea fish, about 250-300 grams each, or fish sliced 3 cm thick (or just clean fillets if you have children)
Jar (400 g) of Barilla Arrabiata Sauce
2 crushed garlic cloves
A little fresh thyme
Salt and ground black pepper
How to prepare:
• Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
• Place the fish in an ovenproof dish.
• Pour over the Barilla Arrabiata sauce. Add the crushed garlic cloves and salt and pepper to taste. You can add fresh hot pepper for anyone who finds the recipe not spicy enough.
•Bake for about half an hour in a preheated oven at medium heat.
• Remove from the oven, sprinkle some fresh thyme leaves on top, and serve.
Can be served with baked potato cubes or a green leaf salad.
