Ingredients:
Half a cup of corn kernels
3 teaspoons oil
A bunch of fresh hyssop leaves or a handful of dried ones
2-3 teaspoons of hyssop mixture
A little salt
Non-stick pot
It is recommended to prepare popcorn in relatively small quantities each time.
How to prepare:
• In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and add the corn kernels and thyme leaves.
• Shake the pot so that the corn kernels are well coated with oil and thyme.
• Cover the pot and leave a small gap to allow steam to escape.
• Heat over high heat until the kernels begin to pop. Shake the pot again occasionally to prevent the popcorn from burning.
• When the crackling sounds become far apart, remove from heat, add a little salt and the thyme spice, mix well and serve.
