""Two of the three boys were riding with me on Thursday evening," an Israeli driver reported to the police today [Saturday]. The driver spoke to a Ynet reporter and told him that he recognized two of the boys from the photos that were circulated on social media.

""On Thursday I took my wife to the supermarket, and when I got there my little son called me and asked me to come pick him up. I left my wife there and drove to him on a bypass road so as to avoid traffic lights and traffic." The driver said that after entering the bypass road he met the two boys who asked for a 'ride'.

""When I started driving on the bypass road, I met the two boys and they got in the car. I drove them for seven or eight minutes and that was it. It was around 7:00 PM. I told them: 'Guys, aren't you worried? Aren't you afraid? There's still daylight, but it'll be dark soon and you're going to a place that's a little dangerous.' One of them, who was sitting next to me, told me: 'Don't worry,' everything's fine, we're not worried.'".
