An employee of a Jewish cemetery in Haifa is suspected of trespassing on state-owned land, located adjacent to the Tel Regev Cemetery, in an area of ​​approximately 1,500 square meters, and beginning to perform an illegal burial, when He sold grave plots there and pocketed the profits.  

It is suspected that the man poured concrete molds for graves on the site, and managed to bury at least one person in the area.

Israel Land Authority inspectors filed a police complaint against the man, charging him with trespassing on public land, a criminal offense punishable by up to a year in prison, and began preparations to evict the intruder under the Public Lands Law. However,A court has temporarily accepted the suspect's request and issued a restraining order, preventing his removal from the area.
