Bosch recommends preparing the following dessert with the mixer from the MUM5 professional home mixer series: a personal cheese dessert combined with tropical fruits such as passion fruit, fresh pineapple, banana, and streusel.

The recipe is suitable for 12 individual 50 ml glasses, combining cheese mousse and streusel.

3 Passion fruit

1 fresh pineapple, cut into small cubes

1 banana, peeled and diced

Ingredients for cheese mousse:

250 ml sweet cream

A spoonful of instant vanilla pudding

250 grams of white cheese 9%

80 grams of sugar

Ingredients for making streusel:

50 grams cold butter, cut into cubes

A quarter cup of sugar

Half a cup of flour

Preparation method:

Make cheese mousse - beat in a Bosch mixer with the wide bowl, a container of sweet cream with pudding for stable whipping. Using a wide bowl allows for uniform and quick whipping of the whipped cream without the sweet cream coming out.

Using a food processor, cut the fruit into small, uniform-sized cubes.

Mix cheese with sugar in a separate bowl. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture until you get a smooth, uniform mousse.

Assemble the dish - place a spoonful of tropical fruit in the bottom of each glass, and fill with mousse almost to the top, wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Process butter and sugar in a food processor, add flour and mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle the Weisel bill mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the crumbs are lightly golden brown and cool.

Sprinkle the Weisel note over the mousse and serve.

tip: You can also replace the Weisel bill with half a cup of chopped nuts if you prefer.
