Ingredients:
2 pieces of fish fillet with the remaining sauce and vegetables
4 slices of challah left over from Shabbat, if there is none left you can substitute bread. Soaked in water, drained well. Without the outer crust.
1/2 cup matzah flour
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 medium carrot, grated
Salt and black pepper
2 eggs
Oil for frying
How to prepare:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Let it rest for a few minutes and form balls of the desired size.
Heat oil in a pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
