The Orange cellular company launched this week an innovative product for cars that allows the transfer of information from the vehicle's systems, data on the nature of driving, and warnings about malfunctions and irresponsible driving. In addition, the project allows for savings on fuel and insurance premiums.
Orange's Smart Drive initiative was created in collaboration with the companies Traffic Log, Honda, and the insurance company AIG. And is based on the advanced network capabilities of the fourth generation. Alongside a smart device that connects to the brain of the vehicle (for cars manufactured in 2004 and later), the cellular company introduced dedicated end equipment for cars such as an advanced cellular router and more.
