For the dough:

2 and a half kilograms of flour

For the pizza topping:

A tablespoon of ricotta cheese

1 ball of mozzarella

 40 g grated Parmesan

Swiss chard leaves without the stem

Preparing the dough:

• Mix all the ingredients until the dough comes together.

• Place on the counter and cover for ten minutes.

• Pour into balls of desired size and place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

Preparing the pizza:

• Roll out a ball of dough to the desired size.

• Sprinkle with the cheeses and place in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 9 minutes.

• Towards the end of the process, add the chard, olive oil and Atlantic salt.
