The Rishon LeZion Magistrate's Court allowed publication: B. Yair is a real estate company suspected of laundering money in the amount of over 60 million shekels for Itzik Abergel's criminal organization.
B. Yair agreed to waive the publication ban following talks she held this evening with the Securities and Exchange Authority. This is because, due to the court's publication ban, the company could not be required to publish an immediate report or suspend its securities from trading.
B. Yair stated today: "The company continues its work as usual with thousands of its clients in residential and commercial projects. B. Yair, which is known to be one of the leading public real estate companies in the economy, will continue to faithfully serve its buyers and bondholders. In the near future, it will become clear that the suspicions raised against the company as they appeared in the various media outlets are unfounded.".

B. Yair Company was established in 1988. The company is jointly controlled by Yair Biton and Yosef Biton. It engages in the initiation and construction of projects in the real estate industry in Israel, initiation of projects abroad, and the construction of buildings for commercial purposes. Among the company's projects are several that were marketed to the Haredi public, such as the Shari Yisrael complex in Jerusalem, and projects in Beit Shemesh and Givat Ze'ev.
The company began its operations in Jerusalem and over the years expanded to construction mainly in the Jerusalem and Central areas. Over the years, it has built thousands of housing units and was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Today, the company has 10 residential projects that are in the marketing and construction stages, totaling 1,044 housing units, of which 750 units have already been sold. The company is building, among other things, in the Mishkenot Ha'uma project in Jerusalem, the former Ministry of Foreign Affairs complex, located next to the Congress Center.
Rumors also spread today and yesterday that a well-known Haredi entrepreneur from Jerusalem was being investigated in the affair. In a conversation with Haredim10, the man denied that he was being investigated.
