Yishai Ribo's debut album was no longer a debut album. It was the fascinating musical phenomenon of the time. With about a million and a half views on YouTube, "Tocho Retsuf Ahava" starred in the top spots on the year-end charts. The debut album also earned Yishai the titles of "Singer" and "Album of the Year" in quite a few summaries, reached gold status and continues to sell well. The tour that accompanied its release was a success across the country. Yishai was invited to perform at the largest and most important festivals, and led to musical collaborations with Dudu Tse, Amir Dadon, Idan Amid, Danny Robs, David D'Or, Shai Tsabari and more. In his second album, Yishai continues to create songs that cast a spell on the listener and captivate with the simplicity of the melodies and the sensitive lyrics. This time, Ribo himself, along with Maor Shoshan, is in charge of the musical production. Ribeau's unconventional life story includes immigrating from France at a young age, enlisting in Nahal as an ultra-Orthodox, and a dream musical breakthrough, while being a new father. He wrote his first songs at the age of 14, without any formal musical education. After participating in Idan Raichel's project with the song "Or Kheche" and an unforgettable performance alongside him at Binyanei Ha'uma, he won the ACUM Award for his debut album and subsequently achieved great success. "Kol Dodi", "Tocho Retsuf Ahava" and "Matbeh Ha'adbar", the first songs from the album, received many airplays on radio stations, and raised the bar of expectations for the young artist.
