The Chabad Center Tel Aviv is launching a campaign in honor of the Yom Hilula of the Kabbalah Gaon Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneersohn, father of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. The campaign promotes the 'Kollel Tiferet Zakenim Levi Yitzhak' - a kollel specifically designed for the elderly, which the Rebbe founded to honor his father's soul.
