Between Iran's nuclear program and the grass on Balfour Street: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced this evening (Sunday) that his family has adopted a new dog, named "Kaya.".
Netanyahu posted a photo on his Facebook page, showing his wife Sara and two sons - Avner and Yair - next to the new dog, on the grass in the yard of the Prime Minister's House.
""Meet Kaya, ten years old, a gentle and pleasant-natured dog who immediately integrated into our family," Netanyahu wrote.
""When Benny Avner heard that she was facing anesthesia, he asked all of us to adopt her and thus save her life. Last weekend, we received her with warmth and love," the Prime Minister announced.
